I inherited the images below from my Uncle Howard's photographs after he passed away in 1999. Other than Howard (Howie), I have no additional information on who is in these pictures or context regarding where and when they were taken. Maybe you hold the key?

My gut is saying that the gentleman on the far right is Hal, a former neighbor, but I could be completely wrong.
